Meets on the third Thursday of the month, Sept. to June, at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Annual dues are $25. The guild holds occasional seminars and sponsors two annual contests for members. It puts out a monthly newsletter and members build toys for low-income families before Christmas. The guild is open to anyone interested in improving woodworking skills and our membership includes both amateurs and professionals. New members are most welcome.

Thirty-five members pay annual dues of $35. The guild meets the first Monday of every month, January to June (no meetings in July or August) Meetings resume in September thru to December. Meetings are held at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology, Woodland Campus. Chapter of the American Association of Woodturners.

Meets third Thursday of the month September to June. Annual dues are $35. Meetings feature a woodworking question and answer, a show-and-tell and a demonstration of tools. The guild also publishes a monthly newsletter, conducts woodworking classes and holds an annual wood show in the first week of June.

Meets the second Saturday of the month from November to April, two miles south of Carlyle. The guild provides woodturning information and group purchasing for better prices. A professional instructor is hired once a year for one- or two-day classes.

This group has about 110 active members across the country. Dues are $25 annually plus $5 initiation. It meets 10 times a year in Humber College and Lee Valley in Toronto. It also hosts two competitions, one for beginners and one for advanced members. Workshops are held twice a year and are open to the public.
